Once you like and approve your treatment plan by your Candid™ orthodontist, you can get started by purchasing treatment. You’ll have a choice to pay $1900 upfront or in monthly installments as low as $88 per month.
CONVEINIENT
The entire process can be done in the comfort of your home. You can read about how I began my treatment here. There is no need to ever visit an orthodontist’s office, and this was a huge selling point because with work and travel who honestly has time for doctor’s appointments. Although there is no in office visits, treatment is 100% guided by an orthodontist the entire way. If there was ever a question or concern the Candid™ customer service team was an email or phone call away.
INVISIBLE
Like a ghost, my clear aligners are literally invisible. No one could tell I was ever wearing them which at first was my main concern. Throughout treatment I often forgot I was wearing them myself. Wearing the clear aligners is essentially a full time job as you are wearing them for 20-22 hours a day. If you ask me, wearing these could have been my best kept secret of all time.
PAINLESS
For the most part, the entire process is pain free. You switch your clear Candid™ aligners every two weeks, and with each set of new aligners there is an adjustment period of 1-2 days, as your teeth are shifting. An ibuprofen relieves most of the minimal discomfort, but I personally did not find the discomfort painful enough to take anything.
