Spring 2014, NYFW Day 3
Highlights
The boxy top trend continues to be a dominant silhouette on the runway. Textured lace was a theme at the Jill Stuart show. The MOD trend incorporated with black and white was seen by most designers in the first few days of New York Fashion Week. The neutral colors were played up by fabric and shape of the designs. Monique Lhuillier was the first to send bright cheerful colors to this extent down the runway. Vibrant colors were paired with pastels for a current and versatile palette of equilibrium.
