The menswear inspired trend is nothing new, in fact the trend is here to stay. From boyfriend jeans, pantsuits, athleisure wear and oversized fits, the borrowed from the boys mantra is as strong as ever. I saw this great menswear blazer from H&M and knew I would be able to get a lot of use out of it. I loved the masculine colors, stripes and the double breasted style that draped perfectly. The typical business casual attire does not work well with my personal style and aesthetic . This menswear blazer allows me to dress for the work environment, but stay true to myself. I have been in love with shades of burgundy and dusty rose this season, so I had fun mixing in pieces from that color family.
