Hello, from New York City.
This time yesterday I was moving myself into a nice apartment in the Upper East Side. New city, new apartment, new job, new friends and a whole new perspective on life.
If you read my last blog post on why I took a break from blogging, this was another huge reason for my hiatus. I accepted a new job in the fashion industry about a month ago, and since then it has been hectic and stressful to find an apartment and plan this entire move. With all of life’s changes it was very hard to keep up with the blog, but expect to see everything NYC has to offer mixed in with my absolute love for fashion from here on out.
I couldn’t be more excited to immerse myself in everything the city has to offer. Moving to New York City has always been a dream of mine. It still feels surreal that I am actually here–with no intent of traveling back home after a couple days. This is home now, and I will bring you along for the ride every step of the way!

Something about this white lace dress deems perfect for almost any occasion. Wearing a white lace dress to a bridal shower, wedding or rehearsal dinner is not one of those acceptable occasions. On any other occasion they are perfectly acceptable and strongly urged.
I have been finding myself wearing this particular white lace dress all summer long. It is the easiest dress to throw on, walk out of the house and instantly look put together in.
