Nothing beats the Boston Seaport in the summertime. In the past year that I have been in the midst of a love affair with New York City, my first love Boston has drastically changed. The Boston Seaport is almost unrecognizable to me anymore. The amount of new high rise apartments, hotels, restaurants and bars, and many other businesses is next level. This made my trip back home feel like a brand new experience. To say I didn’t have ten million thoughts run through my mind about whether I should move back would be an understatement. Regardless of all the new places to try, I still have my original favorites. Admittedly I am a creature of habit.

MY TOP 3 SPOTS TO VISIT IN THE BOSTON SEAPORT
- ENVOY HOTEL: Whether you are traveling and need a hotel to stay at, or simply want to go and enjoy the views the Envoy Hotel is the place to go. I love starting my night enjoying a cocktail on the roof deck, taking in the sunset over the most beautiful Boston skyline. This is hands down my absolute favorite place in Boston in the summer.
- BARKING CRAB: After the sun sets, walk next door to the Barking Crab to enjoy dinner and the best spicy margaritas. This is a quintessential Boston Seaport restaurant serving the best seafood. I highly suggest the lobster roll. The Barking Crab is an outside casual bar, complete with picnic table dining overlooking the marina. It is a very lively spot at night with great music and outside vibes.
- COMMITTEE: Another great restaurant or hangout spot at night. This is a tapas style Greek restaurant with craft cocktails. The bar attracts a great crowd, and you can hop back and forth between the outside patio or inside bar. This place is great for large groups and the food is amazing. I have had many girls nights here and have never had a bad time.
