Let me start out by saying, I hate shorts-with a burning passion. Something about them makes me feel self conscious, uncomfortable and I always opt for a dress over a pair of shorts. I came across The Fifth Label “new wave shorts” shopping for my vacation, and I added them to my shopping cart. I knew perfectly well, I would most likely be sending these back to the store, but I decided to buy them anyway.
As soon as my package arrived, I tried the shorts on first. Let me tell you- they fit perfectly. The high waist, fluttered ruffle detail, chiffon fabric, tulip cut leg opening and polka dots had all the elements of perfection. I love the romantic and feminine details this pair has. These shorts are great for any occasion, and I would wear these with a pair of black heels to dress them up for a date night or night out with the girls. Now on the hunt for a perfect pair of denim cutoffs!
